Mandla Shabangu serves as Chairperson of the ADRA Eswatini Board of Directors. In this role, he presides over all board meetings, provides strategic direction, and ensures that the organisation operates within its governance mandate and upholds accountability to its donors, beneficiaries, and the broader community.

He brings extensive leadership experience to the board and is committed to ensuring that ADRA Eswatini remains a transparent, effective, and community-centred organisation.

Moses Gwebu serves as Vice Chairperson of the ADRA Eswatini Board. He supports the Chairperson in all governance functions and assumes board leadership responsibilities in the Chairperson's absence.

He plays a key role in board sub-committee oversight and brings a structured approach to programme governance and organisational accountability.

Ncedile N. Mdluli is the Country Director of ADRA Eswatini and serves as Board Secretary (2026–2030). An Articled and Registered Accountant in Eswatini, she brings more than 18 years of experience in finance, governance, auditing, and organisational leadership, having held senior leadership positions within the Seventh-day Adventist Church and private sector institutions.

She is passionate about strengthening governance and institutional effectiveness — committed to promoting accountability, transparency, and sound administrative systems while building high-performing teams and ensuring ADRA Eswatini delivers on its humanitarian and development mandate.

Philile Ndlela-Hlatshwayo is a seasoned humanitarian professional with over a decade of experience in community development, youth empowerment, gender equality, and advocacy. Since 2022, she has served as Project Officer for ADRA Eswatini's Youth Empowerment Project (YEP), managing child and youth-centred programmes within the KaPhunga Chiefdom in the Shiselweni region.

A collaborative leader, she bridges communities, NGOs, and government entities across the full project lifecycle — from strategic planning and capacity building through to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. She is also skilled in entrepreneurship support, mentorship, proposal writing, and disaster management.

Nontsetselelo Zodwa Matsebula is an Assistant Project Officer, youth advocate, entrepreneur, and business mentor with a deep passion for community development and youth empowerment. Her journey with ADRA began as a youth mentor within her community — her dedication and leadership earned her recognition and growth, culminating in her securing the Assistant Project Officer role after emerging as the top candidate in a competitive recruitment process.

In her role she coordinates project activities, organises meetings, supervises mentors, prepares project documentation, supports report writing, and ensures project information is effectively managed. As a Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Champion, she advocates for community resilience, preparedness, and awareness.

She has a proven track record in leading M&E systems, streamlining processes, and promoting evidence-based decision-making to improve programme performance.

Feziwe has extensive experience working with and reporting to international development partners including USAID, Population Council, CANGO, and ADRA International. She is recognised for her analytical precision, capacity building ability, and commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable results.
